Shipping Availability:

We are pleased to offer worldwide shipping via Canada Post. Whether you're across Canada or halfway around the world, we are dedicated to ensuring that your order reaches you safely and in perfect condition.

Order Processing:

  • Order Processing Time: All orders are processed and shipped within 7-10 business days from the day your order is placed, unless otherwise noted. Please note, major holidays and weekends may impact processing times.
  • Shipping Days: Orders are shipped on designated shipping days (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays). Orders are packaged with intention and care the day before shipping to ensure everything is perfectly aligned for its journey to you.

Shipping Costs:

  • Domestic Shipping (within Canada): Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and package size. We offer tracked shipping through Canada Post to ensure your order is traceable every step of the way.
  • International Shipping: We offer international shipping starting with the U.S. and will expand globally as we grow. International orders are shipped using Canada Post's Tracked Packet service, which provides cost-effective, reliable tracking.
  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, which will be calculated at checkout. We encourage you to use our shipping calculator to review the cost before completing your purchase.

Delivery Times:

  • Within Canada: Once your order is shipped, it may take 1-10 business days for delivery, depending on your location.
  • International Delivery: International shipments may take up to 6 weeks for delivery. Please take into consideration customs clearance times and any delays caused by international shipping.
  • Customs & Import Fees: The Listener is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or seized by international customs. Please note that additional customs fees may apply at the time of delivery for international orders.

Shipping Insurance:

We offer the option to protect your order with shipping insurance for orders over $50 for a flat fee of $3.00. This helps protect your investment in case of any damage or loss during transit.

  • Canada Post provides automatic insurance coverage up to $50 for orders that are lost or severely damaged.
  • Additional Insurance: If you'd like to add more protection for your order, optional coverage is available during checkout.

Order Discrepancies or Damage:

If there are any discrepancies with your order or if your items are damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include the order number, a description of the issue, and photos of any damaged items to help us resolve the issue promptly.

We are committed to providing a healing experience and will work with you to ensure that any issues are resolved.

Returns & Exchanges:

  • All Sales Are Final: Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, and we do not accept returns or exchanges. We encourage you to carefully review your selections before completing your purchase.
  • Product Use & Safety: Products must be used at your own risk. If you experience any irritation from body products, please discontinue use immediately and seek medical attention if necessary. For safety information on essential oils, please refer to the product descriptions and guidelines.

Order Processing Limits:

To ensure a personalized and high-quality experience for each client, we limit our orders to 10-15 orders per week. This allows us to give each order the time and care it deserves while protecting our energy and maintaining the premium quality of our offerings.
