Once your order is placed, it is considered final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations under any circumstances. Please take care when selecting your products to ensure they align with your needs and intentions before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If your order arrives damaged or defective, The Listener will work with you to resolve the issue. However, this must be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please follow these steps:

  2. Resolution: We will review your claim and may offer a replacement product or issue store credit. Refunds to the original payment method are not offered under any circumstances.

Please Note: If the item was damaged in transit, we recommend using tracked shipping when returning the product to avoid any further loss. The Listener is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Once your order is processed and shipped, delivery times will vary depending on your location. The Listener is not responsible for delays, lost, or seized packages, especially for international orders.

  • Domestic Orders (within Canada): 1-10 business days
  • International Orders: 7-21 business days, depending on location

Customs and Import Fees:
For international orders, you may be required to pay additional customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. The Listener is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or delays due to customs processing.

Order Tracking and Delivery:

Once shipped, The Listener will provide tracking information for all orders. However, we are not responsible for any delivery delays, lost packages, or issues caused by the carrier.

If your package is lost, seized by customs, or delayed, The Listener is not liable. We strongly recommend tracking your order and ensuring your shipping details are correct at checkout.
